  • All our products (Quilts, Curtains, Dohars, Bedsheets, Towels, etc.) are handcrafted/handprinted/home textile items (as applicable).

  • We try to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, size, or print may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade nature.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in [currency, e.g., INR] and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment options (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across [India / International, as applicable].

  • Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned clearly before checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products like Quilts, Dohars, Bedsheets, and Towels are not eligible for return/exchange unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

  • If you receive a defective/damaged product, you must inform us within 1 day of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours  of placing the order. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, product unavailability, or suspicious transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, text, designs, product photos, etc.) is the property of Block and Bagh.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
