  • International delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, strikes, festive rush).


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on orders above 2000/-


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order online using the provided link.


6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

    • Unavailability of recipient at the delivery address.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner and update you on replacement/refund eligibility.
