At Block and Bagh , we value your trust and satisfaction. Since most of our products (Quilts, Dohars, Bedsheets, Towels, Curtains, etc.) are personal/home use textile items, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • You receive a damaged/defective product.

    • You receive the wrong product or size compared to your order.

  • Products must be reported for return/exchange within 2–3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective or damaged:

    • Quilts, Dohars, Bedsheets, Towels, Curtains, and other textile/home products.

  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return/exchange.


3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item must be shared for verification before approval.


4. Process

  1. Contact us at [Your Email / Phone] within 2–3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share order details and photos/videos of the product issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you on return shipping.

  4. After quality check, we will process:

    • A replacement/exchange (if stock is available), OR

    • A refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After processing/shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
