1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged/defective product.

You receive the wrong product or size compared to your order.

Products must be reported for return/exchange within 2–3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective or damaged:

Quilts, Dohars, Bedsheets, Towels, Curtains, and other textile/home products.

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item must be shared for verification before approval.
4. Process

Share order details and photos/videos of the product issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you on return shipping.

After quality check, we will process:

A replacement/exchange (if stock is available), OR

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After processing/shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
